Refund Policy

1. Overview
This refund policy applies to purchases made through VRLewds, including platform credits, fan subscriptions, pay-per-view purchases, and any other transactions processed through the platform.
2. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
Under EU consumer rights law, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from purchases. However, for digital content that is made available immediately upon purchase (such as pay-per-view video access), you expressly consent to delivery beginning before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledge that this means your right of withdrawal is waived once delivery begins.
For subscriptions, the right of withdrawal applies from the date of purchase. If you exercise it within 14 days of your first subscription payment, you will receive a full refund and your subscription will be cancelled.
3. Credits
Platform credits purchased but not yet spent may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Credits that have been fully or partially spent are not refundable for the spent portion.
Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
4. Subscriptions
- Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. No further charges will be made after cancellation. The current billing period is not refunded.
- Annual subscriptions cancelled within the first 14 days are eligible for a full refund. After 14 days, the remaining unused months may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at our discretion.
- If we terminate your account for violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued.
5. Pay-per-view
Pay-per-view purchases provide immediate access to content and are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, as digital content has been fully delivered.
Exceptions may be made where content was materially different from its description, or where a technical fault prevented access. Contact us within 7 days of purchase in these cases.
6. How to request a refund
To request a refund, use our contact form and select "Billing / Refund" as the subject. Include your account email and a description of the purchase. We will respond within 5 business days.
7. Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. Depending on your payment method, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
