1. Acceptance and age requirement

By accessing or using VRLewds, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

VRLewds is an adults-only service. You must be 18+ and legally allowed to access adult content in your jurisdiction.

2. Accounts and identity

• Authentication is handled by our central identity system (VRLewds Identity).
• You are responsible for account security and activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Platform rules

Content and behavior on VRLewds must comply with law and platform policy.

• Only consensual adult content (18+) is allowed.
• You must own or have rights to all content you publish.
• Illegal content is prohibited and may be reported to authorities.
• Harassment, threats, account abuse, and malicious activity are prohibited.
• Attempts to bypass safety, access, or moderation controls are prohibited.

4. Creator responsibilities

• Creators are responsible for performer consent and legal age verification.
• Creators are responsible for rights clearance of all uploaded assets.
• Creators must not upload content that violates privacy or intellectual property rights.

5. License to operate the service

You retain ownership of your content. By uploading, you grant VRLewds a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, transcode, distribute, and display your content as needed to operate and promote the service.

6. Vibealong and companion app terms

Vibealong is optional and may be enabled/disabled by creator settings or moderation policy. Availability is not guaranteed at all times.

Companion app access uses scoped auth tokens and may be restricted, revoked, or rate-limited for safety, abuse prevention, or policy reasons.

7. Third-party services and integrations

VRLewds relies on third-party infrastructure and integrations, including Cloudflare R2 object storage, a central identity provider, and optional Lovense integration paths. Third-party outages or policy changes may affect service behavior.

7.1 Sponsored placements and advertising

VRLewds may offer sponsored placements and ad inventory. Sponsored placements are reviewed by us before publishing.

Ad measurement and similar non-essential tracking features are subject to user consent settings.

8. Moderation and enforcement

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts when we reasonably believe a user or content violates these Terms, platform policy, or legal requirements.

9. Availability and disclaimer

VRLewds is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with all devices and integrations.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VRLewds is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for policy, security, legal, or operational reasons.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Material updates will be reflected on this page with an updated date.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction states otherwise.
